While similar in texture, Zefir offers a richer taste and flavour due to its inclusion of fruits and berries. Additionally, Zefir isn't as chewy as traditional marshmallow and has a light and airy texture.

Zefir has been one of my favourite desserts since childhood, which has always in the shape of meringue. When I first encountered Zefir flowers, I instantly fell in love. They elegantly blend my passion for cooking with my appreciation for refined aesthetics. It’s a delicate combination of taste and art, as each flower is unique and handmade.
